Generous Measures Volume 1 by Jeff Sayer

Generous Measures Volume 1 is an A4-size book which contains 33 original tunes by Jeff Sayer arranged in sets for English traditional dancing.
The tunes are in keys suitable for traditional instruments and the accompaniment is shown as guitar chord symbols.
Most of the tunes are jigs, reels and hornpipes but there is also a waltz and a tango.
The book is available with a companion CD for musicians which contains each tune played twice with a 4 bar introduction. The tunes are played at a moderate pace by a fiddle with a simple guitar accompaniment.
Jeff plays fiddle, mandolin, banjolin and guitar with various groups and is a member of Rufty Tufty, a dance band which is based in the county of Warwickshire in the English Midlands.
